Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Jommo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) – Nairobi
Your adventure begins with your arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your accommodation in Nairobi for an overnight stay. Take this opportunity to rest and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.
Day 2: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve
After early breakfast, you will meet our office representative for a quick briefing and thereafter, proceed to Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. Check-in to your lodge or camp and get ready for an unforgettable experience.
Day 3: Full day at Maasai Mara National Reserve
Today is dedicated to exploring the vast plains of Maasai Mara on a full-day game drive. Witness the incredible diversity of wildlife, including the Big Five – lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos. Your experienced guide will ensure you have the best sightings and share fascinating insights into the ecosystem.
Day 4: Maasai Mara National Reserve – Isebania Boarder – Central Serengeti
After early breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to Maasai Mara as you embark on your journey to the Isebania border. Along the way, enjoy a final game drive and soak in the last moments of the wilderness. We’ll provide delicious lunch boxes for the journey, ensuring you stay refreshed. Upon your arrival Isebania Boarder, you will arrive in time for Immigration formalities and visa process, once done your Safari Guide will escort you in the Safari Vehicle to proceed with the safari to Serengeti National Park with your Picnic Lunch. After the trip, proceed to your Lodge/ Camp in the Central Serengeti, arriving in time for your evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Full day game drive at Central Serengeti
After breakfast, explore the endless plains of Serengeti National Park with your Picnic Lunch. This Park is one of the Africa’s premier games and the central Serengeti is a year-round visited and each season in the Serengeti National Park has its own special highlight with the most famous being the annual wildebeest migration which is a once in a lifetime experience. After the trip, drive back to your Lodge/ Camp for your evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay. ***Today you have an option of doing a Hot Air Balloon***
Day 6: Central Serengeti – Daytrip to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation which became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979 and is one of the only places on earth where mankind and wild animals coexist is harmony. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for Africa’s best game viewing as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. Upon arrival at the Crater’s rim, you will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino as well as wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelle and of course, giant tusked elephants. The Crater also has the largest known population of lions and you will also find leopards and cheetahs as well as scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals and rare wild dogs. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and these include white pelicans and flamingos. After the trip, drive out the crater and proceed to your Lodge/ Camp, arriving in time for evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay. ***You have an option of visiting the Maasai Boma for a cultural experience***
Day 7: Daytrip to Tarangire National Park – Arusha
After early breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, arriving in time for a game drive with a Picnic Lunch. This Park is very famous of the availability of Biggest Elephants and old Baobab trees. There are also other animals like Leopard, Lions, Hyenas, Cheetah, Gazelles, Impalas, Zebra, Gnu (Wildebeest), Buffaloes, Warthogs (Pumba) and other animals’ species with different types of Birds’ species. After the trip, drive out the Park and proceed to Arusha, arriving at your Hotel/ Lodge in time for evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Arusha – Arusha Airport (ARK) – Zanzibar
After breakfast and Lunch, you will meet our Safari Guide and office representative for your transfer to Arusha Airport (ARK), arriving in time for check-in of your afternoon Domestic Flight, leaving at 15:00pm to Zanzibar which arrives at 16:45pm. Upon your arrival in Zanzibar, you will meet our Driver and office representative for your transfer to your Hotel/ Resort, arriving in time for your evening leisure, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Full day leisure in Zanzibar
After breakfast and Lunch, proceed with a full day leisure at your Hotel/ Resort as you wait for your evening dinner and overnight stay. *** Today you have an option of doing various beach excursions at extra costs ***
Day 10: Full day leisure in Zanzibar
After breakfast and Lunch, proceed with a full day leisure at your Hotel/ Resort as you wait for your evening dinner and overnight stay. *** Today you have an option of doing various beach excursions at extra costs ***
Day 11: Depature
After breakfast, based your departure schedules, you will meet our driver and office representative for your transfer to the Airport, arriving in time for a check-in of your Flight back home or to your next destination.
